Rosalita's Mexican Restaurant is relocating to the bottom floor of a 10 year old commercial building in downtown Chicago, IL. This space was designed to reflect the authentic farm-to-table food that is served in the space by embodying the persona of Rosalita herself. This space was inspired by traditional hacienda style architecture which  is visible through materials and forms used within the space. Rosalita's was designed to be softly transportive, a break from the bustling Chicago streets, allowing visitors to feel as if they are dining inside the kitchen of Rosalita herself.
